Talay is the first residential phase of Marsa Al Saadiyat, Aldar’s new district on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. The villas are split into two gated communities: Talay, with 167 villas, and Talay Beach, with 184 villas closer to the coast.
Every villa has a private garden, a covered driveway and wide glazing onto the greenery. Around them: parks, resort-style pools, walking and cycling trails and a waterfront promenade.

50/50, 50% on handover
Half of the price is paid during construction in 5% and 10% instalments, the other half on handover. The Abu Dhabi registration fee (2%) is paid separately.
