I’m Mathia Alex Delmonte, Luxury Real Estate Advisor in Dubai. I have worked in real estate since 2000: I started in Milan at Habitat Immobiliare, then spent eight years at Filca Cooperative specialising in off-plan sales across Milan and its surroundings. In 2011 I opened my own agency, followed by a second office a year later.

I later followed my clients to Ibiza and, looking for a new challenge, moved to Dubai. Here I was top seller at Eva Real Estate for several months, and today I work at H&S Real Estate with the leading developers in the Emirates: EMAAR, NAKHEEL and MERAAS.

I focus on off-plan and ultra-luxury property in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah. I guide investors from choosing the unit and the payment plan through to handover. After handover I also handle resale or rental, because an investment is judged by what it returns.
