Passo is the project by Beyond, the luxury residential brand of Omniyat Group, on the eastern Crescent of Palm Jumeirah. The architecture is fluid, with cascading terraces that echo the waves: every residence gets abundant natural light and an open view of the Arabian Gulf, Atlantis The Royal and the Dubai Marina skyline.
Density is low, designed for privacy, and the services are those of a five-star resort: a private beach, beachfront pools, a wellness pavilion, a residents’ social club and a dedicated 24/7 concierge.
