Palm Central is the residential project by Nakheel, part of Dubai Holding, in a central position along the spine of Palm Jebel Ali, by fronds M and N. Mid-rise, low-density buildings designed for resort-style living, with direct access to a private beach and open views of the sea and the fronds.
Palm Jebel Ali is set to be roughly twice the size of Palm Jumeirah: 13.4 km long, seven connected islands and more than 90 km of coastline. It is one of the luxury hubs of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.
