The Meriva Collection is Ellington Properties’ beachfront project on Island B, the Shore Island of Dubai Islands, one of Dubai’s fastest-growing coastal areas. A low-density community with around 350 metres of private beach, six residential buildings, including the 20-storey Meriva Sunset tower, and an on-site five-star hotel.
Interiors carry Ellington’s signature finishes: marble, brass details and floor-to-ceiling glazing. Handover is expected in the second quarter of 2030.
