The project
The first Mercedes-Benz branded city
Binghatti City is the AED 30 billion master community Binghatti is developing with Mercedes-Benz in Nad Al Sheba 1, next to Meydan Racecourse. More than 10 million square feet, 12 residential towers around a landmark tower, Vision Iconic, and a green Grand Promenade at its heart.
The design follows Mercedes-Benz’s “Sensual Purity” philosophy: flowing lines, chrome details and, in selected units, private pools built into the balconies. Handover is phased, with main completion expected between 2028 and the second quarter of 2029.
